The Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy group has achieved a ranking on the Best Workplaces in Finland list for the fifth time. Bassadone placed 7th in the large companies category. At the same time, Bassadone entered the list’s “Sustained Success” category, which includes companies that have been on the list for at least five years.
The ranking and Great Place To Work certification is based on the Trust Index employee survey conducted within the company. In autumn 2024, Bassadone’s Trust Index—the average score of all survey statements—was 76%, compared to the Finnish work-life average of 38%. Additionally, 80% of the company’s employees considered Bassadone a great place to work.
A Transforming Bassadone – New Brands and Development Projects
The automotive industry is transforming, and this shift is also evident in Bassadone. In 2024, the company experienced multiple changes: the group’s retail division underwent a rebranding and is now known as Auto Bassadone. During the year, new Auto Bassadone retail locations were also added to the network.
At the beginning of 2025, Bassadone became the importer of Alpine, and as of April 1st, the company will start as a Nissan importer also in Finland.
To adapt to these changes, Bassadone is currently running several development projects. In 2025, the company will implement its updated strategy and values and publish the group’s sustainability strategy.
Amidst industry transformation, Bassadone continues to invest strongly in employee well-being. The company offers various physical activity opportunities for employees, which they can participate in during working hours. 83% of employees describe their workability as excellent and 91% of employees feel they can take time off, for example, for family-related matters.
Bassadone employees also perceive the company as an equal workplace. Over 90% of employees believe that Bassadone promotes equality and provides an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.

At Bassadone, internal collaboration within the group is strong—both in import operations and retail. A great example of this synergy was the AUTO25 & Mobility fair, which was organized in close cooperation between Auto Bassadone and the import companies.
Achieving a place on Finland’s Best Workplaces list for the fifth consecutive year strengthens Bassadone’s position as an innovator in the automotive industry and a leader in employee well-being. The company continues its determined efforts to enhance both the customer experience and workplace culture.
